【MUCC】新アー写公開！会場限定シングル『99』のリリースも決定！

今回のアーティスト写真は、6月9日から始まるライヴ・ツアー“MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR 「Timeless」～志恩・球体～“の開催に併せて撮影されたもの。

2008年・2009年にリリースされたアルバム『志恩』、『球体』の収録曲を中心にしたセットリストで行うコンセプト・ツアーとなっており、今回公開されたアー写は前回の「鵬翼・極彩」ツアーの際に魅せた鮮やかなビジュアルからは一転、モノクロを基調としたビジュアルとなっている。

 

そしてニューシングル『99』を“MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR 「Timeless」～志恩・球体～“のライヴ会場限定でリリースすることも発表された。

 ニューシングルには、新ツアーのコンセプトとなるアルバム『志恩』『球体』時代の空気感を現在のMUCCが再構築し作られた新曲「99」と、「鵬翼」「極彩」をコンセプトとした前ツアー『MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR 「Timeless」～鵬翼・極彩～“』から水戸ライトハウス公演のライヴ音源「MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR「Timeless」～鵬翼・極彩～ -Official Bootleg-」が収録される。

声出し解禁後初の聖地・水戸ライトハウスでの公演ということもあり、会場の熱量がそのままパッケージされた内容となっている。

また、ニューシングルのジャケット画像も公開された。こちらも『志恩』・『球体』2作のテイストをミックスさせたようなデザインとなっている。

 

そして『MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR 「Timeless」～志恩・球体～』のチケット一般発売受付が本日より開始した。

前回の「鵬翼・極彩」ツアーも数年ぶりに披露される楽曲たちが話題を呼んでおり、ツアーファイナルの日比谷野外大音楽堂公演もソールドアウト。

早めのチケットの確保が必須となっている。

約15年の時を経て蘇る『志恩』『球体』の世界を体験しにいこう。

 

 

 

New artist photos of MUCC have been released.

The new artist photos were taken in conjunction with the live tour “MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR ‘Timeless’ ~Shion, Kyutai~” which will start on June 9.

The tour is a concept tour with a set list featuring songs from the “Shion” and “Kyutai” albums released in 2008 and 2009, and the newly released photos are a complete change from the vivid visuals of the previous “Houyoku, Gokusai” tour, with monochrome as the base color. The new photo is based on a black-and-white visual.

 

It was also announced that the new single “99” will be released exclusively at the live venues of the “MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR “Timeless” ~Shion, Kyutai~”.

The new single includes the new song “99,” which was created by reconstructing the atmosphere of the “Shion” and “Kyutai” albums, which is the concept of the new tour, and the live performance at the Mito Lighthouse from the previous tour “MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR ‘Timeless’ ~Houyoku, Gokusai~” which was based on the concept of “Houyoku” and “Gokusai” (meaning “extreme colors” in Japanese). The album will include the live soundtrack “MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR ‘Timeless’ ~Houyoku, Gokusai~ -Official Bootleg-” from the Mito Light House concert, which was recorded under the concept of “Houyoku” and “Gokusai”.

This is the first performance at the sacred Mito Light House after the ban on vocal performances was lifted, and the content is a package that captures the heat of the venue as it is.

The jacket image of the new single has also been released. The design of the jacket is a mix of the tastes of the two albums “Shion” and “Kyutai”.

 

Tickets for “MUCC 25th Anniversary TOUR “Timeless” ~Shion/Kyutai~” went on general sale today.

The previous “Houyoku, Gokusai” tour also attracted a lot of attention as the songs were performed for the first time in several years, and the final concert at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall was also sold out.
